Town homes in Virginia Beach – Presently, there are 1189 attached (townhouses / condo) houses for sale in Virginia Beach, and another 114 that are “under contract” with the homebuyer awaiting the final closing / settlement date.

These stats do not include our surrounding cities of Chesapeake, Suffolk, etc..
